Dr. Stephan is very direct, concise and timely while still providing a positive environment. He allowed for Heaven (one of the team members in the office) to hold my hands during a procedure that I was very anxious about. She was literally bringing the energy of Heaven into that room with me and I can’t express to you what it meant to me! Together they held the space for what my mind and body both needed. Additionally, Tara was also amazing with helping to streamline an appointment quickly. She was extremely comforting and also very accommodating from the very first phone call. I hold a masters degree of education in clinical mental health counseling and am EMDR trauma therapy certified— I say all of this because if you are looking for a trauma informed practice— this one is definitely one I would recommend. They know how to provide an environment that is welcoming, supportive and also effective at addressing the health concerns of their patients. It was a literally wonderful experience. I came to Dr. Giambi after having a horrible experience with a previous podiatrist. I had a screw tring to come out the top of my toe. My previous Dr. deformed my toes and the screw was part of that. I was told that I would be completely awake and it will be an in office visit. Dr. Giambi took me in and has been reversing the damage the other Dr. caused. I trust him fully with my feet. I had continual knee soreness from tennis. Had custom insoles made (at another place) which resolved the knee issues but created foot pain. I met the doctor when I took my neighbor for an appointment. He was very kind and concerned and she was having enough pain issues and swelling that he advised her to go to the hospital. She couldn’t walk and I couldn’t lift her so he called the ambulance for her. I was so impressed I made an appointment to have my feet checked out for my foot and leg pain. He advised getting new arch supports for my shoes which have helped immensely. I no longer have foot and leg pain. I appreciate his help. He also has a caring and helpful office staff and nurse. Doctor is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. Very clean office. Office staff is very friendly. They also take my insurance.

Dr. Giambi is an awesome Podiatrst! He also has a great bedside manner. I have already highly recommended him to at least 6 people with foot problems! His RN and administrative staff goes out of their way to help the patients. If you have problems with your feet , Dr. Giambi and his staff is where you should be!

Was my experience with Dr. Giambi good? In a word, yes! After seeing four other podiatrist for well over a year with not only the issue of my severe foot pain not being resolved, let alone why there was pain to begin with, I saw Dr. Giambi, and with two office visits, he gave me the proper information and details so I could make the knowledgeable decision for not just resolving my pain issue, but what to expect after treatment. I'm more then happy to say that here it is just five days after my procedure, I'm out of pain for the first time in such a long time. Dr. Giambi has one of the best personalities I've ever experienced in my life. I hope I never need foot care again but if I do, I'll definitely return to the Feet First Institute of Beavercreek and see Dr. Giambi.
