He allowed for Heaven (one of the team members in the office) to hold my hands during a procedure that I was very anxious about. Additionally, Tara was also amazing with helping to streamline an appointment quickly. She was extremely comforting and also very accommodating from the very first phone call. I came to Dr. Giambi after having a horrible experience with a previous podiatrist. I had a screw tring to come out the top of my toe. My previous Dr. deformed my toes and the screw was part of that. I was told that I would be completely awake and it will be an in office visit.

I met the doctor when I took my neighbor for an appointment. He was very kind and concerned and she was having enough pain issues and swelling that he advised her to go to the hospital. Last week was my first appointment with Dr. Giambi. I made the appointment simply by doing an online search for podiatrists in Beavercreek. I opted to seek out Dr. Giambi based solely on that search. I could not have been more satisfied. He took as much time with me as was needed. Always asked if there were any more questions or concerns that I had. Gave on-the-spot advice and treatment that was very reassuring. His bedside manner is exceptional and am very pleased to continue treatment with him.

Great service by the doctor and his staff. Because I’m a diabetic, he always checks my feet and inquire if I am having any issues. The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way as to appointments or billing issues. Dr. Giambi referred me to a specialist about diabetic shoes and my feet are feeling better with the proper shoes.
They are a GREAT TEAM!!!!!!

Dr Giambi and staff are very gentle and kind. My husband has Alzheimer’s, he received very professional comprehensive care. Dr Giambi even put his socks and shoes back on. I highly recommend Dr Giambi and his staff at Feet First. We felt very relaxed and Dr Giambi and staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Dr. Giambi answered all my questions. Who knew Vapor Rub could treat toe nail fungus successfully? He prescribed a Gabapentin cream that has helped my neurological pain. Something that none of my other doctors suggested.

The entire experience was top notch. The staff are all welcoming and even texted the night before my appt. to let me know Dr. G would be late due to an emergency procedure scheduled at the original time of my visit. Dr. Giambi explained my options in very understandable terms and explained all aspects of my upcoming elective surgery. This office values their patients and delivers customer service far above expectations.

Dr.Giambi is awesome as a person and surgeon.You always feel comfortable at his office or prior to a surgical procedure. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and very upfront and honest about your condition and any procedure you need or may be having. Tara and Heaven from his office staff our awesome as well, always more than happy to schedule, reschedule and help you with any questions you may have about insurance, upcoming visits or procedures. Feet First is and will always be my first choice in foot care and Dr.Giambi is very highly recommended by me.

I had forgotten my medical cards and was allowed to bring them in later. I was thankful because it was extremely cold out. The wait time was minimal and Dr.G. was friendly and professional. He offered a new way to help daily pain in my feet for which I am very grateful. Time was offered to ask any questions that I might have.

Dr. Giambi is an awesome Podiatrst! He also has a great bedside manner. I have already highly recommended him to at least 6 people with foot problems! His RN and administrative staff goes out of their way to help the patients. If you have problems with your feet , Dr. Giambi and his staff is where you should be!

Was my experience with Dr. Giambi good? In a word, yes!
After seeing four other podiatrist for well over a year with not only the issue of my severe foot pain not being resolved, let alone why there was pain to begin with, I saw Dr. Giambi, and with two office visits, he gave me the proper information and details so I could make the knowledgeable decision for not just resolving my pain issue, but what to expect after treatment.
I'm more then happy to say that here it is just five days after my procedure, I'm out of pain for the first time in such a long time.
Dr. Giambi has one of the best personalities I've ever experienced in my life.
I hope I never need foot care again but if I do, I'll definitely return to the Feet First Institute of Beavercreek and see Dr. Giambi.
